About the Photographer
I’ve liked photography since I was little. Especially when I saw a television show about a cameraman and photographer reporting in the field. Therefore, I entered into the photography world in 2000 when Internews provided training for East Timorese photographers. Currently I work as a photographer stringer for AFP in Timor Leste (since 2002). Apart from that, I am working as a reporter (writing and contributing photos) for Timor Post daily newspaper in Dili. I like taking photographs of children and other activities.
